Guest Speaker

Neal Grogan is the Aftercare Manager and Chaplain of the Mighty Oaks Foundation. Neal grew up in Dallas where he married his childhood sweetheart, Britney, in 2010.

Neal served in the USMC as an infantryman and in combat operations in Afghanistan. Upon returning he struggled with PTSD. The gospel was brought into focus for Neal in the midst of his struggle with PTSd and led to a passion for sharing the hope of Christ with veterans and active service members. As a result of this experience, Neal served as a pastor and church planter next to Fort Hood in Texas to serve active-duty personnel until July of 2024 before moving to Conroe to serve with Mighty Oaks. He graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a bachelor of Christian Ministry and from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.Div. in Biblical Counseling.

Neal and Britney have four children: Michael, Titus, Sarai, and Zion.
